I'm having repeated issues of joining my server and immediately being disconnected with a Java error. The server log says I'm timing out. I don't have this issue anywhere else. Anybody have any help?

We currently have multiple users reporting this problem. We assume that there is a routing issue somewhere in the internet to our network which causes users from USA experiencing this problem.
We are already in contact with our uplink provider to check this problem.
If you want, you can DM us a traceroute to your server. Thanks for the notice. I've noticed several people on here having the same issue, so good to see you guys are looking into it
-
Could you check if you're still facing this problem?
-
The last couple times we've been on the server I don't think anybody has had this issue. I think it's fixed now
-
Well never mind, I wasn't having this issue and now it's happening again
-
So bit of a bump, but I'm having this problem constantly now. I can't stay connected for more than 15 seconds before being kicked with the same error message. Hopefully somebody has some help

We are already in contact with our uplink provider to check this problem.Unfortunately we can not do very much to fix this out of trying to contact the company which is responsible for this problem.
But it would be great if you can dm me a traceroute. This helps us to troubleshoot this.
