After a day trying to download my map through different internet explorer I had the curiosity to inspect the page and I saw that of the download to display a 404 error. How can I recover my map?

Your world is 500MB big, it may take some time until the download is ready.
Just click the download button and wait until the download begins. (Don't reload the page, Don't click on download again - just wait)

It probably depends on how big the world size is, just make sure you have a stable internet connection with at least 1MB/s and you should be fine

Moreover by inspecting the page we can find the download link as well as the errors of the page and your link returns a 404 error
That's a normal behaviour.
When you click on the Download button our system will prepare your download.
While our servers are preparing the download your browser polls our website reqularly and checks if the download is available. If the download is not available our server returns a 404 and your browser will try again a short time later.
As I already said in my first post: 500MB is very very much for a minecraft world.
Did you try to download the map while your server is online or offline?
If you tried it only while your server is online you could try it while your server is offline.
If this does not work, there is no way to download it.

how can I recover my map because you offer the service this service must work ?
We are a free service without any contracts, payments etc. We don't have to do anything.

You cant have whole world.
But see if u want u can have some of your structure's.
first download multiverse plugin then make a new world copy your buildings and whatever u made to new world and download that world from https://aternos.org/worlds/

You can always try using World Downloader mod. Just set your render distance to the max, and roam around.
It sorta worked for me
