My server wouldn't restart

Hello i'm french so my english is not perfect at all, sorry! When i go on aternos, it was write "server open" but in my Minecraft it was closed. I click on restart and After i'm refreshing the page, it was write server closed and i click on start ! But now, it's write restarting but Nothing happens Can you help me. I Hope you understand sorry for the faultes
