Cannot start my aternos server

Hello! So, for whatever reason, I cannot start my server. I'll click start, go through the queue then it'll be stuck on starting for awhile, afterwards it'll begin to stop. I looked at the console and got this message:

[00:49:39] [Server thread/WARN]: **** DETECTED OLD PLAYER DIRECTORY IN THE WORLD SAVE

[00:49:39] [Server thread/WARN]: **** THIS USUALLY HAPPENS WHEN THE AUTOMATIC CONVERSION FAILED IN SOME WAY

[00:49:39] [Server thread/WARN]: ** please restart the server and if the problem persists, remove the directory './world/players'

Restarting the server doesn't work and I'm unable to get to the directory ./world/players. How can I fix this problem?

I found a solution to my problem! I had uploaded a world save from my computer. For some reason, the player data in the save was either corrupt or not working. To fix it, I simply deleted the player data in the save and re-uploaded the map to my server. Worked perfectly!
