Cant Find The 'eula.txt' file

My server was working fine, until i let the server be offline for like a week and when i came back to start it. It said in console that i need to agree to the eula and to do so goto the eula.txt i need help finding this file please.

Try reinstall the software. As soon as you press the Start button, it will tell you to accept Eula
