People Can't Join My Server

I can join my server but anytime anyone else tries to join they get this error code:

io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection timed out: no further information:

{edit} And on The Server List For Mc On My Server It Says Offline Not Sure If That PLays A Part?

So do i need to take it off/downgrade/upgrade what should i do?

And y does it say that my server is offline when its on the server list? It was inactive for like 6 days while i was on vacation. It doesnt show the picture i set nor the motd...

Even When The Server IS ONLINE It says offline.

I need to know what u wanted me to take off, then how and if so can someone of power over my server can fix this.
