I'm sorry to be bothering you guys at this time but I'm having a problem uploading a photo for my profile thing of my server. Can you plz help!

You mean the profile at the top-right corner at https://aternos.org/server?

you know when you go to your options on the server website and theres this spot where you can upload a photo its right be side the server Ip it just doesn't let me upload a photo

Make sure your server has to be stopped before uploading it.
