server files?

i can tell that some of the server files get deleted as i dont have functions form my single player map to my multi player map

im trying to play The Tempist Box with my friends and it uses functions, strcutrures, custom drops, and custom achivements. is it supost to delete files for functiosn structures ect ect or is that a bug... if that is a bug ill post a bug report senserly chaos

not really as its a survival world that i made myself but the tempist box modpack (yes i did folow all instrcutions and tested to see if it would work in 1.12.2 cause as far as i know you dont have 1.12 pre-7 and that worekd) i can and heres the link
