My server keeps shutting down

Every time I launch the server after 20 seconds of being online it starts to stop and it has been happening for the past 2 days and i'm not sure that to do,[Sky Factory 3]and I have already tried reinstalling the server and reuploading my world

The server might be overloaded, that's very often

How can i fix that? Because i cant even get on the server to begin with to even reduce what we do on the server

A small addition from one of his friends, the first time this error occurred, it worked again the next day, but then the second time we tried opening it that day it started doing this and hasn't worked yet
