World Not Including Builds Please Help

Okay so I tried a lot of things to fix this problem and I'm stumped. So I wanted to upload a world with a cool city I found so that my friends and I could play a survival game on it. I opened the map in single player and it worked fine. I zipped the save file and uploaded it and it did upload the world, except without the city. It was the same world, just without the manmade stuff. I tried deleting mcedit files from the save, to no avail. I also deleted everything except region and level.dat, still the same world. Please help I have no idea how to fix this.
