Hi Aternos,
Recently I've created a 1.13 city map. I've compressed my map and even tested it by unzipping and running again. I uploaded it to aternos only to find a normal infinite world spawn. As a result of this I reset my server data .etc, tried again, still same problem. The zipped folder is a normal compressed minecraft map, it contains only necessary files (no mcedit files, temp files .etc). I am using Bukkit 1.13, and have tried spigot, but what ever I do, I can't get the map to work.
