Redstone items not working properly in Win10 server

    In my Win10 server, redstone torches don't activate tnt. Redstone blocks don't turn on lamps and switches don't flip at all. Buttons wait 10 seconds to turn back into it's pushable state. Can someone please help me? Thanks
