    welp Factions its "Not Registered" In The Server ( Its In The Freaking Plugins List ) And Welp PermissionsEx Looks Like Does Not Have Vault ( Means U Cant Put Prefix Or Suffix ) soo.... yeah i guess i can't do nothing :(
    (twenty as i said i have everything but nothing works like its not there)

    For PermissionsX, make sure you have a chat plugin installed for the prefixes to work

    For Factions, make sure you have MassiveCore installed
