The timed out issue is correlated to your connection. Try checking your router or wifi and try again
There is a thread I have in the Offtopic section labeling what to do before writing your question. One of these is to first look your question up. Since this is a common error, I reccomend doing just that next time

Timed out also happened when you try to join an overloaded server.
that is same happening to me also how to fix that?
heres the logs:

[12:31:48] [Server thread/WARN]: Can't keep up! Is the server overloaded? Running 6147ms or 122 ticks behind
[12:32:07] [Server thread/INFO]: KSTX lost connection: Disconnected
[12:32:07] [Server thread/INFO]: KSTX left the game
for some reason that never happen to me a while ago before i log out to my server but now that is happening when i ever log in to my server
