About being overloaded, You must understood it's a free service. Staff optimize it to serve as many people as possible, but sometimes like weekends and others free days servers are under heavy load. There is no good solution for this, if they assign more resources to each server it will effect on longest waiting queue. Generally staff do what they can, and there is no need to being mad. Right now I and my friend playing SkyFactory 3. Sometimes server start at once, but sometimes like right now we started it few times. Game like to crash, server stopped but there is no other comparable free services like Aternos so I not complain (too much )
