I've been trying to start the server for over an hour and it always starts and the just randomly stops. The world is brand new and just generated and the modpack (all the mods 3) has had no plugins or mods added to it.

do you have there dependencies

search up your mods and click the links on aternos
it should take you to curse forge and go to the dependencies tab and click that .
there is also a tutorial just look up "how to download forge on aternos" and it should have dependencies on it
