your server is in 1.13.2! Please read this :
1.13+ is still pretty new and has a completely new world format to enable the new water changes. Unfortunately, this new world format isn't really optimized yet and causes lots of performance problems. We've already increased the resources (RAM + CPU) for 1.13 servers, but there are still performance problems that cannot be solved with more resources. We highly recommend keeping playing on 1.12.2 until a better version gets released with performance fixes. However, switching back from 1.13 to 1.12.2 may cause problems, you might have to generate a new world. Please make sure that you have backups of your world if you switch back.

You refuse to understand that what you've done may not help everyone else. Also keep in mind that Mojang has yet to optimize 1.13, so even then some servers will still lag with your "recommended installations"
I've been here for over a year now, with this Helper job, and I know damn well what I'm talking about, so I recommend not trying to counteract my post
Actually, SMASHERYT, what you were trying to help is actually making his server more overloaded
As i know ClearLag doesn't make any load on the server and the same with lag remover
But ok i won't say this solution again
