1.12.2 modded. but now I can get on it one day and it will be fine. than the next day it wont start.

Your problem is caused due to a crash: https://mclo.gs/XQbDCi2#L687
This crash is probably caused by a corrupted world. There is no real way to fix it.
However you can try to delete the playerdata/players folder and see if that helps.
