Server Freezes every few seconds.

So whenever I get onto my server I load in fine. Everything good. and than every 5 seconds I freeze, unfreeze, freeze, unfreeze, freeze. and its kinda annoying.I can still stay on the server but like I continuously freeze. I'm not sure. I tried turning down graphics. Ive tried most of everything I can. Someone help?

Please tell us more about your server. Software, Plugins, mods etc.

We are using forge 1.12.2 and have 6 mods: BiblioCraft. Crayfish Furniture, Decocraft, PA, PamsHarvestCrfat, and PTRLib The log: https://mclo.gs/4Sp8H0r

Multiplayer incompatible fml modded server question
