Maybe you can tell me what your problem now is and what server software you use?

The pixelmon mod you're using has been abandoned and does not receive updates anymore. I also heard that there have always been problems with this mod, not only on Aternos.
In addition your server is running on our old modding system which allows only to use one mod. This one does not receive any updates and is not supported anymore. We just keep it available for backward compatibility, but the creation of new servers in that modding system is not possible anymore.
I don't have a solution for you, you'll probably have to live with this because of the above reasons.
In addition I have to point out that the old modding system will be switched off soon, so I would recommend you to switch to one of the two Pixelmon modpacks: https://aternos.org/software/modpacks/technic
If I'm not mistaken, you can't keep the server data(worlds etc.) due to compatibility problems.
