Augmented Triad Server not starting (thank you for any help)

I have recently tried to start up a server with the augmented triad modpack, however upon starting up, it never seems to make it to online. Instead it goes straight from starting to stopping. I have tried starting it three or four times with no difference. Ive accepted the EULA and reinstalled the pack a few times.

I have looked through the log, however I am not sure what the issue is.

I tried again, but the same thing occurred. I watch the server and It goes straight from starting to stopping to offline.

Sorry for the trouble! when I logged on after seeing your message I did it and changed nothing. I just hit start.
