Timing Out on server

Recently on my server someone gave another player 999999 Acacia wood doors and in turn broke the entire server basically. Every time I try to go on it will load but everything is frozen and after 10 - 20 seconds it just says "Timed out" Please help

When I try and re-upload world it says the file is too big

My Aternos username is nigga_hoe, I know very distasteful although I did not make the account

Do you think loading a backup will fix the problem?
