Every few minutes my server stops, and when I try to start it again, it won't start. Sometimes, restoring an old backup and re uploading the world will fix it. Every time I stop the server, it won't start again until I do this. I am running Sky Factory 3.

Skyfactory3 is known to be very heavy and a bit buggy, therefore it might not work very well on Aternos.
Normally we would remove such packs from our system, however our users wished to keep it available. -
