Server wont start ( P.S full logs on thread)

So my Server kept Starting then suddenly Stopping, I visited Share logs and it showed me 2 suggestion at 1st. I was able to fix that part, Now i have this suggestion for

Hide suggestions
Install the mod forge, because it is required by the mod LLibrary.

What is mod forge? is it a mod? cause I don't see it on Mod List when search for it, I'm sorry I'm completely New to this was planning to run a server for friends to hop on and play with.

can you reinstall software (Forge) and sare the logs again

and if Forge 14.23.5.2768 doesn't work it means that it needs forge 1.12.2 (latest)

Multiplayer incompatible fml modded server question
