I can't start my server

Ever since I added mods to my server, it won't start. Right after it says "starting" it just goes right back to "stopping" then offline. Here is the log for the server: https://mclo.gs/oL1PW7o

u just tried to start -1.13 server with 1.13 world please switch to 1.13

or generate new world on worlds page (all your data will be erased)

Will the mods still work in 1.13?
