Server crash during startup

server was starting up very well but now it just wants to keep crashing and don't know what to do. But all it gives me is this

I can tell you the problem from the log, I don't know how to fix it though. Tconstruct isn't launching for Immersive engineering. I'd try and reinstall the pack.

Not able to join my own server. Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 27, size: 5

What are aternos server specs.
