Server lags and console says: "Can't keep up! Is the server overloaded?"

    Hello,

    me and two friends started a new Aternos- Server yesterday! Yesterday, everything worked well. Today the server is lagging and not playable. Every 40 secound the console (at aternos- website) says: "Can't keep up! Is the server overloaded? Running 3440ms or 68 ticks behind"


    What is the problems? Are aternos-servers overloaded today?
