Can't open .db File

I have a plugin called ShopChest, inside of the ShopChest folder is a .db File in wich all shops are stored, but Aternos does not allow me to open nor change it, although it is not a configuration of the plugin, just a configuartion of the data about the ingame data stored about shops and gamers. Can you change that?

I can't find such a way to open the server. When I go to Files I open the ShopChest folder. In the ShopChest folder is the config.yml for instance and then there is also a file called shops.db. I want to open this shops.db file so I can change the shopnames, but it's impossible to do, when I click on it, nothing at all happens.

No I could not make any new save, anyways it wasn't me, it just suddenly appeared to be openable, probably an error. My tip to anyone who wants to use plugins outside of Aternos, try not to use plugins wich are heavily dependable on .db files, because .db files are not copyable. Thus I recommend ChestShop (iConomyChestShop) for shops, but can't recommend the plugin ShopChest.
