I have a problem with the essentials plugin, plugin essentials (I also tried with essentialsx) I do not want to work it is displayed in red on version 1.8 and on 1.7.10 normally works please help

First go to files delete anything that has relation with essentials
Then go to plugins and search EssentialsX
and delete EssentialsXAntiBuild and EssentialsXProtect
and install it then start your server
and if problems still happening share your log
