World File Corrupted After Download

Aternos has been a great starting point for my friends and I to start a server, however, we all agreed to chip in some money for a paid server that would hopefully run better and we would like to transfer our current world to there. However, when I try to download the file, it stops at 1 gigabyte of data and when I attempt to open it many of the files are missing. My guess is that the cap you are allowed to download from Aternos is 1 GB, but if the file exceeds that data it doesn't notify you and you just end up wasting time, which is honestly very bothersome. Also the limited access that you get to your servers files is on the low side of quality of life. Without this access I have no way to reduce the size of my world files. Is there anything missing that I can try while keeping the most current version of the server?
