if this custom modded server i think AE2 is the problem try reinstalling

If it's modpack try reinstalling

if you have harvestcraft please remove it

And if it wont work share your log

can you remove harvestcraft and try without it in your client too

And then share your log

And if your world is not as much played in it can generate new one after removing harvestcraft

I Belive the problem is with cooking for blockheads try removing that and start the server

Log says harvestcraft had problem with registering wheat

Here is why I though of that

Cooking for blockheads is a mod that uses farmed food to make new recipes for new foods

generate a new world
