How to migrate world to 1.14 vanilla version?

    My friend and I have a world that is over 200mb when downloaded. Its version is forge 1.13.2 and we want to switch to vanilla 1.14 now but don't know how. We downloaded the world but can't upload it because it's over 200mb and when we use a backup it reverts the server to an old version. We checked off force upgrade but it seems that only works for world uploads. We have a lot of stuff build. Is there anyway for us to migrate our world to vanilla 1.14 from forge 1.13.2 without losing the stuff we built?

    Forge is modded, that will probably not be doable at all. You have introduced non-vanilla building blocks and functions, and you are trying to go back to vanilla. I would say this is probably impossible becouse of how minecraft works.
