I recently updated the server to 1.14 I have no mods on it or anything. It is just plain vanilla, but every time i try to start it, it crashes. I figured it was something to do with the aternos server, but this has been happening for the past three days, and i figured if that was the case they would have fixed it by now. IDK.

Which software did you have installed before?

To me it looks like the world is corrupted. I would recommend to start over with a new one.
However it is very unnormal that something like this happens by switching from 1.13 to 1.14
