Owners of Plots Cannot Build, Destroy, or Edit

While running the PlotSquared plugin, players cannot build or destroy on their plot. The [Member] rank on my server has access to the essentials.build permission, and can successfully claim and go home to their plots, yet cannot edit them. The plugins I have currently are:

Essentials

Group Manager

Multiverse-Core

Multiverse-Portals

PerWorldInventory

PlotSquared

Vault

WorldEdit

WorldGuard

In it I have several permissions yet I do not know which one allows members to edit plots

Manage to fix it using global flags, thanks.
