They arent like your previous hosting service, 
devs are actually good, if they add access to all files people can use that permission to keep the server up for 24/7 and or add more memory to their server. That is just unfair to other users. (idk every risk of this but i feel like these are the main ones)

The way https://server.pro did it, you could only access your files when your server had gone through the queue
I do like aternos better, it's just a little inconvenient to not be able to change some settings
