Created world with friends and spent many hours on it. When I try to upload the file it says too big

Hi, it is my first time posting on this forums so if I did something wrong please forgive me.

Anyways, I created a pixelmon server with my friends a month ago and we have been playing on it ever since. I saved the file and then uploaded a map. Afterwards when I tried to upload me and my friend's pixelmon world, the file was too big. I really don't want to lose this world because me and my friends have spent countless hours building and grinding. Is there anyway I can fix this and play on the world?

I got the world from 23 gb to 450 mb. I can't get any lower than this, is there anything else I can delete in the file to get it back to 200 mb?
