Can't start server

So from yesterday I am not able to start my server. It give me another address to join my server which also doesn't seem to be working. Today the issue is different. It says the servers are down for maintenance. Is the server actually down for maintenance or is it just my problem?

And yes, I also tried the alternate address.

if its saying that ingame its refering to the official minecraft login servers it shouldnt say that for more than a few minutes otherwise your antivirus or sth. else stops your minecraft from communicating with the login server
