Yesterday I jumped into another dimension I created before via RFTools. Server kicked me out. System says you delete the block and it'll be fine but I do not get it which block. In the Log tab it shows me to Line 2930
Here is the log:

Hello,
The error may be a special block from an modification that you installed. Try to reinstall the modification or delete the world.
If nothing works, try to find the special block that is in the modification.
To help you, tell me the modification name. If it is not from any modifications, try uploading a installed simple world, and it can be just fine.

the block is from rftools its named teleporter or matter transmitter i think
i don't know the exact coordinates of that block but remove it with MCEdit software
