I tried to downgrade again to 1.12.2, but my most important backup, the one I had the hardest work done has it backed up as 1.13.2 and it deletes my world everytime I start 1.12.2 and I can't play 1.13.2 because of too much latency. I tried to switch to paperMC but it too resets again. need help

try to switch to 1.14.2 Paper/Bukkit maybe (i think 1.14 is better in performance than 1.13)

I downloaded the world and switched to 1.14.2 paper and reuploaded the world and then switched to 1.14.4 and it worked, the performance is also way better than 1.12.2, thanks for helping out

I would stick to 1.14.2 because .3 and .4 have a mob spawn bug
