Tekxit 3 Server Start Crash

Can anyone help? My Technic server with Tekxit 3 keeps crashing whenever I try to launch it. It says "starting" for 5+ minutes and then it says it crashed. The version is up to date. Help please.

If you haven't played on the server before reinstall it with the reinstall button in the options section.

If you have make a backup and try if deleting the playerdata works.
