Sever is lagging even though having a good internet connection

    This is my first so please bare with me.


    My server is lagging Im from Philippines, the signal on the ping icon has only 1 bar even having a good internet connection [2ms, 109mbps(download), 26mbps(upload)]. I dont have plug ins and mods, im using 1.14.4 version (Spigot). Players and entities keeps lagging and the rendering of the map generally is slow, When I started the server, it's not this worst. I've read some supports and stated that the bigger the map the lag it will be. my back up size is 309mb. Im not sure if that's the actual size of my map or its different from the back up size.

    Aternos is currently focusing on European costumers and expanding in diffrent continents would be very expensive.

    It wasnt like this when I first started my server, it just started when I started creative mode using commands.
