Whenever I connect to my PaperMC 1.14.4 server, chunks load very slowly or not at all, then I get disconnected shortly after. I've tried restarting my computer and my router, reinstalling Minecraft, and changing the software and version of the server.
My friends can play just fine on another server but when I tried joining, the chunks didn't load at all before I got disconnected
