Im trying to set my op level to 9 and everyone elses to 8 so i can ban/kick them, how can i chainge that?

you cant change op levels on aternos.

if you dont use mods you could use a permission manager plugin like luckperms

well i have 1 owner aka me and then 2 admins with op, but bcz we kinda troll around i cant just deop them and kick them. i want to kick them without deoping them and so on
You can try using permissions plugins like:
UltraPermissions ( best plugin for beginners )
Permissionsex
Groupmanager
Luckperms

deop them and give them the permissions they need with group manager
