So... my server got a lor or issues, bit ill bshin with the most important one. So my situation is that using multiverse I have made 3 worlds, lobby, creative and kitpvp. But currently you are being able to make a plot from lobby or kitpvp and claim a kit in lobby or creative, which should be impossible. Perworldplugins did not work, and it wouldn’t fix even if it did because my kit system is on essentials and I need on all worlds. If you know any way to make it possible to access certain commands from certain locations that would be really helpful!

You can set permissions to a specific world with luckperms(and propably other permission plugins)

Every plugin works with certain permission nodes, these you have to fill in on permission plugins for certain commands to be allowed to be executed by a user alone or a user in a certain group, conclusion, yes. Most likely it will
