World just came back to zero

My world (1.14.4) just came back to zero and I didn't even touched the server this week bruh is this an error or something it was 1-2 months wasted and no there was no backup
It wasn't only the world the players settings also reseted i wasn't on whitelist anymore nor even my friend

Multiplayer incompatible fml modded server question
