Plz help ASAP

So basically I was starting a pluggin server for me and my friends to play on and eventually expand, but when I went to start my server today it took forever. For the first time I waited patientl and it took about 13 minutes, but when it finished it said crashed! I was extremely disappointed and tried to start my server up multiple times. I had even removed a few pluggins to try to fix it, but nothing worked. I'm still having this issue and would truly appreciate someone's help. https://mclo.gs/LQkAgvS is my log
