Lots of lag , "Server Can't Keep up" error message

Hi,

These days I have had lots of lag on the server and me and my friends can´t play corretly because we teletransportate all the time and when we chop a block it takes like 5 seconds to give the chop block to us. I read the register and it apperars all the time this message:Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 17835ms behind, skipping 356 tick(s)

How can I solve it?
