YouTube has always deleted accounts that misbehave and will never delete accounts because they dont perform well enough.
Coppa only affects targeted ads which honestly on youtube propably arent much for aternos anyways and what would switching to youtube kids help?

And I believe COPPA is being forced onto YouTube by America. YouTube can not stop this themselfs and has to go with it.
