Discord bot which checks if server is on/off?

It's simple but idk if it's possible. I would like to add a bot to my discord server so people can stop asking the OPs if server is open and make possible to check it via "!server" or a similar command.

2. you can send status updates with the discord SRV plugin
3. tell them to just open your ip in a web browser
