Transferring a Aternos server to Minecraft Realms without losing anything?

I am having troubles with my Aternos server. It's a 1.15.1 vanilla server and everytime someone else joins the server, the lag starts. Our internet's are perfect and the server continues to lag like crazy and it does not stop.

So my question is, can I download my world and transffer it to Minecraft Realms without losing buildings, anchiements, belongigns or any other things?

while your server is offline, download your world in https://aternos.org/worlds/

For uploading it to your realms world, you are on your own. Because i have no idea how realms work

Are inventorys getting transferred too?

Yes, those should be transferred too as playerdata is located inside the world files.
